45 days and counting…

So my roommates listed the house for sale on Thursday, and they’ve already received an offer over their asking price.  That translates to me needing to get a move on and find myself a boat!

The RV idea is totally out, and I’ll either have to go straight to boat life…which may be difficult to find a deal in San Diego this time of year; or stay at my boyfriends apartment in the interim.   Or I can find an apartment myself, which will most likely be over priced and have a minimum rental term of 6 months to a year.

Here I go again!  I found two boats on craigslist today that could be potential homes, I’ll share them below.

The more expensive one(bottom) is my first preference, but the other one seems ok too.  I’ve sent an email out asking if the slip is transferable…first thing’s first!
